Lots of hotel choices near Milan's Centrale Station. Some great, some scary. This is a good one, while not exactly the lap of luxury. I stayed in a single room for just under $70 and found it a good value. The lobby has a interesting Euro-sixties design to it. The room was small but functional and clean. While not having... More

Very, comfortable hotel, centrally located within 2 block walking distance from Milan' Central Station and metro yellow line within steps from the hotel. Very safe neighborhood with lots of choices of restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, beds are comfy and the bathrooms are comfortable with hot running water. Hotel staff are professional, helpful, and pleasant. Internet access in the rooms. Very... More

The hotel was clean enough, and a very good location. However, the walls were very thin, and there were noisy guests on the same floor. Could hear conversations in other rooms and in the hallway. Bed was very uncomfortable. Wireless internet rates were high. They could definitely improve the property

Stayed a nite here after the F1 race in Spt 2011. The reception was really a nice guy with dry humor. The rooms were a nice size, comfy, comfy beds, best we slept in during our tour of italy. Bathrooms needs a bit of upgrading but the shower is powerful and hot! Very near the Milano train Station so is... More

Having been massively delayed on the flight, and thus missed the last train to Firenze - we trundled round the area for a miserable latenight hour, seeking a room until the very nice concierge at nearby Hotel Berna took mercy and called around for us. Luckily the Canova had one room to go. The twin room was basic, but fine... More

I stayed at Canova during my first visit to Milan. The hotel itself is quite old, something that you can see in the rooms too. However, its location is nice, close to the train station and about 20 minutes enjoyable walk to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone. Rooms are clean and from what I can remember it was a great... More

Could hear toilets flushing and water running from other rooms. Single beds when requested a doiuble bed, one of the bed covers had holes in it. Room was not very clean.... More
