It's a budget hotel in a five star location...literally yards from the Duomo (about the only attraction in Milan!) Rooms are airless and old. bathroom effective but basic. Aircon wholly ineffective. Very well sited: right in the centre, near the main tourist sights; 1 minute from top-end pedestrian shopping, 5 minutes from the castle, 10 minutes from Malpensa Airport Express station. This hotel is a perfectly adequate basic 3 star. It is clean and warm (perhaps too warm) with friendly helpful staff and an excellent location. The breakfast is basic but the rolls and croissants are freshly baked. The rooms are tiny but some of the previous grumblers should realise that you get what you pay for!
