Would I stay here again ro recommend this hotel? No. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel, as claimed. It's well located, but little other appeal. The staff speak good English but are not helpful or friendly, the hotel is in need of significant refurbishment and the walls and doors are paper thin. We also requested an iron and were... More

Spent here 4 nights. Rates where quite low. Walls and doors paper thin, van hear any whisper in the corridor, people talking baths or dropping things on the ceiling above you. Rooms are small, not much more space than that for the bed, but have everything you need. Ask for a room looking at the main street as you get... More

old hotel, thin walls and rather much noise from neighbour rooms, not very friendly staff at reception, simple breakfast, rather high price compared to quality, definitely not four star standard

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but within walking distance to all the main attractions, so ideal really. Staff are friendly and buffet breakfast is enough to keep you going checking out the sights of Milan. Coffee (as you would expect in Italy) is great ...

Four stars - don't believe! We stayed weekend at the hotel Lloyd. Staff was impolite, room was plain, after shower bathroom floor was full of water, breakfast finnised before all guests got it.... good thing was location, hotel was near Duomo and La Scala. But if you are looking for good hotel choose another. We were very dissapointed.

The rooms are very cozy and quiet, which is a blessing after coming in from MXP. The breakfast that comes with the room is very good. The desk people are very helpful and friendly. It's a good hotel. You can take the metro (Missori to Duomo stop). You can also walk. Turn left out the front door, walk up the... More

Located within walking distance of the centre, but you would better advised to use the good metro service. A two day pass in 8 Euro. As noted before there isn't much of interest in the area of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and for a budget city hotel quite large. However, note that Milan is an expensive city for... More

Languages: staff spoke English fluently. AC: no problems. Bathroom: good, no problems. Wifi: it worked well but requires time limited codes you have to buy. Location: walking distance to Duomo, although not super close. Train station is definitely not walkable with luggage. Taking the subway will get you there in a few minutes however. For us, the location worked out... More

The hotel is really close to the main attractions and is easily accessed by metro or tram. There is also a bus stop just behind the corner, where you can get a city-sightseeing bus tour. Except the excellent location, there is nothing special about the hotel. The rooms are small and even though it was not a problem for me,... More

Near to two metrostations, and also the tram stop is in 5 meters to the front door. But very close to Duomo indeed by walk. Rooms were small, but who needs a big room when I guess in short city-holidays you don't hang around in the room much. Breakfast was better than what I expected, but couldn't even compete with...
