This place is a little dodgy. Staff keep passports however will never declare doing this they just say i will register it later....then later again etc, till you leave! Absolutely fantastic, went beyond the call of duty, did everything possible to ensure a nice stay, extremely helpful staff, great location, 5 mins from main train station, when in Milan & on a budget there simply is no other choice. I'll be back, Thanks everyone. Forza Hotel Trieste!

Very bad hotel: we received a price by phone, another one at the desk; no parking available, only to leave the car on the street; low bath conditions, with water all over the bathroom when shower; hotel without elevator, was terrible to go upstairs with the luggages...Never go again there...
