I stayed just the one night (business trip) but would happily return, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, tidy and remarkably large compared to most of Milans hotels, the elevators were typically italian ..small.. but at least there are two :-) Breakfast was typically continental, plenty of breads, meats, cheeses and various Cereals were also available if... While the hotel was fine for its cleaniness, location, room size/amenities, breakfast, staff.........our (2 couples) overall stay was marred by NO AIR CONDITIONING. The temperature soared to 92 F (33 C) the day we arrived and we were told that the air conditioner would not be turned on until summer time (it was May 12th). The hotel building was under... More

First impression was great, we got a very warm welcome at arrival into the hotel. All recepionists are very helpful and friendly! We got the room early in the morning as it was cleaned already. Hotel is under renovation but it was not disturbing for us. Breakfast was quite good, price was absolutely correct for the value. We enjoyed learning... More

Stayed there in April 2012 with family. To find the hotel was a casse tete. The Receptionist Pravesh was welcoming together with the bell boy. The heating was not working as well as WIFI. My best option will be Aosta which is opposite the airport bus station. IDEA also can be considered.

Stayed one night because it was close to the Milan Centriale train station. We had an early train to catch in the morning and the man at the desk packed us a little snack with juice & roll which was very nice of him (we left before breakfast was served). The room was clean and quiet. We asked for a... More

we stayed here in July 2011 for our honeymoon and for position it can not be beaten, our bus transfer from the airport dropped us outside the central train station which is practically opposite, so arrival was stress free and we found through our holiday that no matter where we ended up while wandering aimlessly around the city we could... Stayed here for two nights in April with family. To start the hotel was hard to find as renovation was going on and they hid the banner of the hotel. The metro exit next to he hotel is closed so you need to walk a bit to get to next one.The hotel itself is run down which definitely need renovation.I had one... The reason why I selected this hotel was the proximity to the central station. Although the hotel is situated across from the station, it's still minutes walk through the large plazza. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room given to me on the 4th floor was not very good. Despite the quiet room, the quality... More
