I visited this hotel in 2011 with a group of friends for a holiday; it's a great hotel with really helpful staff; it is clean and well kept; the only negative thing I can comment upon is that it is quite a walk from the centre (20mins) but you can get a tram from a station nearby.

Stayed here 20-22 Jan 12. Staff were very helpful, friendly and good source of local knowledge. Some great restaurants very close by. Transport close by also. Rooms are a little dated however were quiet and very clean. Would we stay again ... yes.
