Terrible beds.I'm not ok with very soft beds but mattresses in Hotel Charly are extremely old & hard, you can feel all metal springs with your body. Hotel is near the shopping street and metro station . The rooms are clean but small. Breakfast is bad, poor food choices. I think you can find a much better hotel for that price.We chose this hotel because it has parking, although parking is very expensive

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the main train station, and about a half hour walk from the Duomo. The room was clean, comfortable and had a little balcony Lovely relaxing garden to rear of hotel - a little oasis in the city centre. Breakfast was good.
