10 day stay: very clean hotel, solid beds, modern bathrooms...thank goodness. Great staff...extremely helpful and friendly. Big generous breakfast selection: fresh fruit, yogurts, lots of pastries, hot scrambled eggs, Italian bacon, cold cuts, cheese, fresh breads...cereals, coffee push button machine for cappuccino, etc. Usually stay at a NH/Jolly chain. Would stay at an ATA hotel again.

Staff is very professional and gentle. The hotel is just 1 minute walking from the central station. Then: not a 4 stars. Old property. Rooms are not elegant and very dated. AC was working badly and so did the tv. They charge for a free wifi... There's better in Turin.

Very quick check-in and check-out. Room was rather large, bed was huge, everything was clean even if I found decoration a bit old-fashioned. Very nice service at the bar, on the other end restaurant did not seem to be active on that Wednesday evening.

We stayed for one night on the way home from Tuscany. Check in was efficient and friendly despite there being a large group of us. Our room was smallish but in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the pillows were thin and hard so the night could have been more comfortable. Buffet breakfast was extensive and excellent.

The eggs was not scrambled but thind and not delisious. Bacon was fat with a little meat and roasted in butter - not crispy but almost soft raw.
