This hotel is within 10-15min from major attractions which makes it super in terms of location. The separate rain shower is wonderful. Internet is a minus.. Have to keep logging in when one moves around the hotel.

no one to get your bags when you arrive; the concierge's favorite answers are "I don't know" and "I can't"; five minutes late to a massage and they would not add five minutes at the end because they were closing; spa closed on sunday; 45 minutes to get a code for wifi in the room. Great sheets

Great hotel in the middle of Turin, very well appointed and decorated, service second to none.. One downside is the layout if you are in Golden 2 you have to go to first floor walk along a maze of corridors and take another lift!
