My biggest complaint about this hotel was the food. We stayed here for 4 nights on a half board basis so ate in the hotel every evening. Very nice location. 5Min walk to the skiarea. Not overcrowded. So, setting & surrounding excellent. But... the hotel.... Like the most reviews, poor staff. Beginning by Checkin, no infos (room ? dinner & breakfast times ? general info), even not in the room, just a small paper for the Spa area.... Breakfast for italian standards OK. Well worth staying half board with 5 course evening meals. Straightforward cuisine although vegetarians may struggle. Plenty of fruit always available. Beautiful views of course and very close to the slopes, ski hire and ski schools of Vason. Spa and pool are good although pool gets busy in the early evening.
