The hotel is at walking distance from the University district and hospital. The rooms are not very large but clean. The bathrooms, reception and breakfast area are somewhat old and would need renovation. Breakfast offer is another area to improve. The room price is reasonable and proportionate to the offer. The staff is very friendly.

At this hotel we spent a noisy and hot night in a room with no air conditioning. In the en-suite bathroom the shower was not enclosed except by a curtain – so inevitably the bathroom flooded comprehensively when the shower was used. Hotel is simple, clean and quite. Garage for bikes and for cars is 100 meters away. Staff people are accommodating, helpful and speak English. Prompt repsonse to intial online enquiry. Happy to see us when we arrived at 9.45 pm. Room clean and bright, excellent breakfast. Well,placed for University, town centre and bus station - little longer to walk to trains but overall a great place to stay if you want a base to stay in Padova.
