Overall exactly as described, but the front desk staff could be a bit off-putting if you are not used to the 'italian way.' I'd stay here again because it was a nice and clean hotel near the train station and easy to come and go from.

Stayed at hotel Spagna for four nights with my fiance. Good location, near to the vaparetto stop, train station and just five minutes from the bus station. Breakfast was a bit poor, but nearby was an excellent pizza place called AeOche. Staff was helpful and kind. I recommend.

This hotel is but a few minutes walk from both the bus and train stations. The staff are friendly but our room was small with a very firm bed. It is an OK hotel for 1 or 2 nights only.

Hotel Spagna is on the same street as the front steps of Santa Lucia, (about 200M along) so finding it is ultra easy.
