My son, family and I stayed at this hotel for a week. It was very central, canal transport a few metres away. Professional service with comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price. I would gladly stay stay there again.

We went to Venice for our 25th wedding anniversary and spent a week in this hotel. This was in March, 2011. We had Beautiful view from our corner room. Thevlevatoe didn't go up to our floor and the stairs were steep, but we were welcomed with a bottle of champaigne to help us celebrate. I loved it!

The reception offered excellent and helpful service throughout our stay - the staff could speak fluent English and French. We checked in May 1, 2012. The only saving grace of this hotel is the location! The hotel is old! It needs to be renovated! The aircondition is not working. The rate of the hotel is exoensive!!!!! Its not worth the amount they are charging!!!!! Judy

Location of this hotel is great. Easy to get to by ferry right off the Grand Canal. The actual hotel wasn't amazing, a bit tired looking and the room was very small, especially considering the room cost.
