An excellent location...waterbus stops directly outside hotel making the journey very easy (15 euros pp from airport to hotel-excellent way to see the numerous boats and land views!) , close to many attractions and restaurants. I did not stay at this hotel, but I did have lunch here on three occasions. Each time the food was delicious and the service was second to none. If you want a good reasonably priced meal or snack near to St Mark's then this is the place. Also a good location overlooking the lagoon.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room with a view. Very pleasant hosts. Lifts for 2 persons only Clean rooms worthy of 3 stars.Best seafood soup in town. Doorsteps from San Marco. Venice is unique and a city to visit before you die. Bring along a PFD - personal floatation device if you cannot swim.
