This hotel had filthy dirty hallways. The owner/manager was rude. The bathroom smelled from the drain. The wallpaper was torn. What a mistake this was.

Wasn't anything special but was told that hotels in Venice are all the same . Was pretty decent for the money we paid. Very close to the water taxi stop. Be prepare to see the most brightest rooms you have ever stepped in. Front desk was helpful to direct you to places of interest.

... about 100 meters from the Rialto Bridge, the perfect geographical center of Venice. But, I agree with Fiorentine Mezza; location isn't everything. The hotel is clean but rather out-dated in all aspects. Small rooms with no view, basic breakfast, all services are billed by a friendly staff. Looking for a place to sleep only? You'll enjoy the place.

When we come to Venice, we have a heightened sense of expectation and romance. Sadly this hotel doesn't fit the bill. Our first room was a recently (within days) remodeled closet. We were moved a few floors up (no lift so be careful if you don't love stairs) to a larger space. Rooms are dark and dingy. Bathroom was clean... More

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Room was small (double room) but adequate. Its ok for dumping your stuff off and going exploring as its in a good area. Sheets were clean and so was bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in the room though.

Location of the hotel is perfect!!! the heart of Venezia - near Rialto bridge! But service in the hotel is awful... stuff is strange, not helpful. when we came we were given a little room on 4 floor, too little, but previously we ordered another type of room, but like explication we were said - SORRY your room is occupied,... Okay let's find some good in this place...location and price. The hotel is a block from the Rialto Bridge and just a few blocks from St.Marco Square. So you're right in the thick of things if thats what you're looking for. Plenty of shopping & dining in the area. Our room was on the top floor so after dragging our... More

The location near the Rialto Bridge was excellent and though the entrance is in an alley - this is not so unusual for Venice. There were signs to get us there. Our room was more like and apartment and I was very impressed to have 4 rooms and a balcony. Only real complaint was the limited hot water. Once you... More

We stayed in this hotel previously in 2008 for our wedding anniversary, and at that time we booked a junior suite room which was situated in the top floor of the building.. This year we were wanting to find a hotel with decent value in San Marco area with no avail and with too much cost. Then we came up... More
