For the price we paid we couldn't have expected more . the receptionist and the lady looking after the breakfast were friendly. Rooms are small but clean . It was very near the Train Station so we do not have to cross any bridges with our luggage. The antique furniture in the room makes you feel like you are in your grandma's house. What I liked: 10 min walk from the airport shuttle, I walked late at night - very safe and well lit. Friendliest English speaking staff. Clean, good sleep quality if room faces the yard. Low budget but enough breakfast. Did not like: no elevator in the hotel.

This was literally two streets from the train station. We stayed on the first floor (there is no lift). Rooms are cleaned daily, checkout is 11am. Breakfast is included but is nothing special. Perfectly located close to railway station and not far from Piazzale Roma bus station. Room and bathroom small, old but clean. Rates good considering it's Venice which is very touristy and was during the Carnival festivities. Breakfast was minimal.

It is very close to the railway station and in the heart of everything. For Venice we thought it was good value for money. The rooms are tiny and old but clean and air conditioned and you are only there to sleep, so for us it was fine.

overall this is a nice hotel with a very welcoming staff. it's only drawback that i can think of manifested while having a shower: it was impossible to adjust the right water temperature and it was lacking water pressure.

This 2 star hotel is very close to public transport (main train station & waterbuses) and is near the well-known Jewish Ghetto area, a quieter, more vibrant area than the pricey San Marco region.
