Don't know what happened to the Massimiliano who is described in Frommers "most gracious host" because that's not whom I dealt with. The staff was all very rude. I got a door shut in my face, cursed at in Italian ( which I speak unknown to him) and hung up on. Switching our rooms without proper notice and charged full price. The other hotel staff was rude and it is so out of our way. Messed up all our plans!
