Loved our stay there, but there was a lot of trouble reserving. Was told their on-line reserve tracker wasn't working. All in all very accomdating once we were there face to face. Fun place and location. Love the Hard Rock Cafe... Good stay.

Fantastic hotel to stay in Venice, close to everything, beautiful, spacious rooms. The reception staff was vey helpfully to find us a small romantic restaurant out off the main streets. The rooms facing the canal can be noisy at night, due to the gondola,s station, but then it's part of the fun of Venice. Would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!! Just behind St. Mark's Sq. The staff was warm and welcoming. The housekeeping service was excellent. They have their own private dock for water taxi.
