The location was good and the owner was very nice which is a plus. But the room was freezing cold at night and there was no heater although the owner kept saying there was and that I might have pressed the wrong button. I let it go by because it was only for one night but I suggest to invest... More

Definitely not a place I would recommend. It was fine for the night, but nothing super nice about it. It was clean which was good, but it had a very strong smell that I noticed the minute I walked in the door. The wifi connection was not good and only worked in the check-in office. The room was freezing cold... More

Owner was good at communicating (received a confirmation email as soon as I made the booking through this site), good location as the place is not in the center of tourist hotels but on a quiet road where the locals live, and it's only 5 mins (fast) walk to Piazza San Marco. The room also included small kitchen, and the... More

If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, confortable and convenient place to stay, Ca´Venezia is the right place for you. Located around half an hour in Vaporetto ("cheapest" way to move around Venice: 7 euro each single trip) from Santa Lucia train station, Ca´Venezia is at a 10-15 minute walking distance (at a strolling pace) from the must-see spots:... If Emmanuel, who runs this hostel with his father, does not tell you he over booked and relocate you, the hostel is great. The bathroom was dirty and not cleaned during my stay. If it hadbeen cleaned the hostel is fantastic. Emmanuel and his father are incredibly lovely. However, if you are in a room with spare beds and he... More

Accommodations in Venice are very expensive, but I had luck to find this place around 33 euro a night for a solo traveler. It situated in the quiet street near San Marco, there's a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. I stayed in a 3 bed mix dorm with shower. The kitchen is actually in the dorm room itself. Not... More

Spring break trip with 7 family members. Need I say more? So many places could not accomodate us the way I wanted. Cà Venezia was perfect! Location, price, small apartments across the hall from each other with very cozy beds :) The owner (Emmanuel) emailed me within 24 hours of booking and was so helpful and kind. I could go... More

Recently spent 3 nights in Ca'Venezia. The apartment has very good location, right in the middle of district San Marco but in a quiet street, close to waterbus dock and all the main sights in the centre of town. I stayed in a 3 people apartment with kitchen facilities and private bathroom. Both the room and bathroom are very clean.... More
