We recently stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights. Well within walking distance to the main attractions, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. We had working TV in our room, which i must admit we didnt watch much of as we were out exploring the beautiful sights of Venice. Breakfast was plentiful and the room came complete with air conditioning.... More

~We found a directional response online helpful for finding this hotel (since Italian house numbering seems to be a law unto itself) but once found, of course, there were no further problems. Our room was good - very nicely refurbished. The bed was comfortable and facilities all good. And yes, a kettle was provided or hot water on request. Breakfast... More

Reviews of this hotel were mixed so we were nervous. Our experience was all good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. We did have to wait for a table for breakfast but well, that's the way it goes! We've stayed in Venice once before and this hotel was as good as the previous one. It's... More

Terrible hotel Booked this hotel on someone's recommendations, and boy what a mistake. To our amazement, our room was not in the actual hotel, but a grungy little room around the corner. To enter the room, a hotel staff member has to leave the hotel, a walk with you to the building to let you in. The room was camped,... More

I have travelled the world and this is the worst hotel ever stayed in. mould in bathroom and mould in margarine when opened for breakfast. air cond never worked, bath plumbing flowed from botton of bath on to floor. tv never worked, shower holder broken so limited showering. Friends travelling with us had to move to another room as theirs,... More

Let me start this review on a positive note, because I like to be objective with my reviews. We usually stay in 3 star hotels and this is classed as one, but I would say it is more 2 star. I understand that Venice is expensive though and if you want to stay somewhere that fits in with the style... More

the rooms are small, tho it tries to be comfortable. July which is indeed a busy month in Venice, the breakfast room is not enough for all the guests. Many guests arrives to have their breakfasts but unfortunately have to wait for a table, ( and who would like to rush a breakfast specially if you are on holidays!)...... Surely... More

Delivers above expectation for a 3 star hotel in Venice. Room safe and fridge included in price. Quiet position close to ferries for all destinations including the airport. Ten minute walk to San Marco. Close to bustling via Garabaldi with its small food shops bars and food. Good continental breakfast, obliging staff (No problem to provide an very early breakfast... Reviews of this hotel have been quite varied, so we didn't really know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was in the Annex, and everything -furnishings, decorations, fittings - seemed straight out of the box. Possibly it's had a recent makeover, but it's very smart, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast (continental), fresh and plentiful.... More

My friend and I recently spent two nights in this hotel, two to many. Unfortunately for us this made our time in Venice a disappointing one, could not wait to leave. The first night we where put in a pig pen about 300m from the hotel, we booked and paid top dollar€250/night for our room months ago so we expected... More
