Excellent location , lots of quaint individual shops nearby , walking distance to Rialto 10 minutes. St Marks Square a bit more but a very very interesting fascinating stroll , past the oldest theatre in Venice ´´La Fenice´´ .

We were very happy staying at Ca' San Polo. The location was great, and well signposted. Room was air-conditioned and very comfortable. Our room was located right next to the breakfast room, but the noise was not a problem at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fine location, close to all places that you want to see. Room was very romantic, comfortable and clean, quiet at night. Tasty bearkfast. Always very friendly and kind staff. Surely we will come back someday and I recommend to all to do so.
