Delighful samll hotel in Vencie. It is central to water buses, restaurants and close to St. Marks. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but European and very clean. Brakfast not great but typically European brakfast. A good way to start the day. Really enjoyed our 2 nights there. Issy S
