Very nice renovated rooms, quiet and convenient location, good value. Unusually for Venice there is a nice garden, great spot for breakfast or a drink. Breakfast service a bit slow.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The directions provided to the hotel were excellent and impressive. The hotel let us leave our luggage and use their garden and internet even after we checked out, while we waited for the train. They have a very pretty garden and the breakfast was fresh and good.
