The rooms were quite clean and comfortable with reasonable appointments for the price. Barbara made navigating Venice much easier. Her recommendations for touring the city and restaurants were spot on. It was a challenge to find as were the steps to the third floor especially with lots of luggage.

This was a great location, close to Rialto bridge & the grand canal, & very close to the fish market. Warning--lots of steps, but they graciously helped carry our bags coming & going.
