The bedrooms were tired! The staff have been courteous but not particularly helpful. Breakfast card dirty that much you cant event touch or read it. Shower hose leaking and when engineer coming to fix it he just walking trough your clean bathmat with dirty shoes and leaving just like that after. This was our second stay at the Stucky, and will be the hotel we stay at whenever we’re in Venice. Not one bad experience in 7 nights at the hotel. The staff at the front desk, concierge, roof top bar, and room service were excellent.

What a great property in a magnificent setting! All that you would expect from Hilton set against the history and Venetian style. My family and I stayed here over Easter and the hotel staff did everything possible to ensure we had a great experience. They succeeded!

We are currently spending our second of two nights and at 1139 pm there is so much noise from the hotel workers cleaning a kitchen and restocking that there is no way to sleep and I even have ear plugs in! Stayed at MANY hiltons - this is one of the best ones ever. Great views, amazing service, wonderful amenities. Do not worry about being on the other side of the island - there is a shuttle every 30 min but I found public transportation (5 min walk away) very convenient (runs every 10 mins)
