Hotel is three stops from San Marco but at least has a free shuttle service to the piazza. Coffee in Italy is 3 - 4 euros. The Hilton charges 6 Euros. It's not just excessive it's rude. we stayed here after our med cruise. We found the hotel fine,but it could be a hilton hotel anywhere. We didn't feel like we were in Venice. Service was fine, room was fine,had a great meal at one of the resteraunts. Using the free shuttle was ok but next time in venice we would rather stay on the island.

Room OK, amazed that unless using wireless in lobby its Chargeable, abysmal in this day and age. Good Location with regular free water taxis to main areas in Venice, Breakfast clinical, coffee was cold from pot, fresh orange segments tasteless, not upto usual Hilton Standards. €60.00 transfer from Carpark to Hotel extortunate. would I stay herein?.... no.

The view was amazing. I was astonished by the beautiful rooms and bathroom, and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was so accommodating and as an added bonus - the whole hotel seemed to smell like Hollister!!!

The distance from San Marco means less tourists however it does also mean that if you miss the transfer you get a bit stranded till he next one turns up. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and spoke all languages. Second time I've stayed there.

Brilliant hotel away from the tourist masses. A calm across the water from Venice with easy access to all the sights and sounds on the main island.
