Having spent 2 nights at the hotel with clients, I can only say what a dream, the staff were superb with recommendations and information, the night porter is a miserable sod, but hey you can't win em all!! Rooms nicely decorated, and the breakfast caters for all nationalities.

Easy to reach from Rialto Bridge and very easy walking from hotel to St Mark's Square and other wonderful sites. Very professional and friendly service. Hotel rooms large and very comfortable. The bathroom was large. Breakfast was lovely and extensive. No tea / coffee making facilities. Is pretty expensive.

Upgraded from another hotel being renovated. They gave me a room with a little canal view through which gondolas pass by. Service was very good (probably because few guests in January). The receptionist helped me with my booking problems with Trenitalia by calling them for me. Excellent.
