Hotel reception stuff were very rude and not friendly at all. Always they look annoyed and frustrated. As other have stated, desk clerks are not friendly, nor very attentive. If you need help, expect to wait at the front desk till they are darn ready... I am glad that I wasn't staying in the ordinary Delfino, if this was the Grand then the ordinary must be pretty poor.
