The Hotel Collegiata is located on a small side street just off of the main shopping drag of Via Etnea. This was a perfect location for exploring the city. I visited with some colleagues earlier in January and really enjoyed the hotel.

I've just returned from Catania and Taormina. This was my second year staying at this hotel. 3 of us in one room and the room was very spacious (3 single beds). We spent 2 nights at this small hotel. We paid 80 euros per night including breakfast which consisted of breads, yogurt, typical Italian juice and coffee or tea. It is located in the heart of town. This hotel is centrally situated just before the most beautiful Piazza Duomo and withing 5 minutes walk. The hotel was a very lovely experience as the reception was welcoming.
