Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The location is great, from there we walked to all locations we visited in the center of Palermo. The staff is polite and helpful, they pointed us in the direction of some good restaurants in the area. The "valet" parking service worked out OK as well (at 21€ a night). The breakfast buffet... The Falkensteiner Palazzo Sitano was a great relief after the chaos of Palermo. Beautiful modern rooms with decent sized bathrooms. Clean! Air conditioning worked all the time and perfectly. Beds are heavenly. Great location near all the important sites. Also near restaurants. Staff extremely helpful. Get a deluxe room for two people. Highly recommended

This is certainly a book you shouldn't judge by its cover. From outside it looks pretty uninspiring, but inside it is imaginatively designed and well fitted out. Well equipped rooms (a bit dark); nice bar with friendly barman; attractive breakfast room with good quality breakfast buffet.

We stayed here in 2011 at Easter. Great location. Within walking distance from all the attractions. Very good room. Very good breakfast. My only complain would be that we had to pay for internet in the central area. I would definitely stay again if I visited Palermo again.

Stayed early March 2012 with wife for four nights. Our room Junior Suite is quite spacious with Balcony, clean and bright. Satisfied with all features Hotel located about 1 Km from main shopping distric, at night the street infront of Hotel was not too bright. The only drawback, this Hotel has no room service and restaurant only serve breakfast.
