Do not get put off by the shabby environment, full of indigenous life and flavor, nor by the name, if you know where it is derived from! Recommended for business and leisure, far enough from downtown to be very quiet and clean, yet close enough to be able to visit all historical sites on foot.

Very nice hotel in a very disappointing city. I found Palermo a bit of a mess (Naples style: garbage) and we made reservations at what were rated as the best restaurants and they were mediocre at best.

Booked this hotel for my 40th with a group of friends and found it clean & well decorated with extremely friendly staff who didn't show annoyance when we turned up at 6am after eventful evenings! Short walking distance to centre but away from 'mad' traffic noise. Would definately book again

Stayed here one night. Great hotel, great staff, and great location. Highly recomended. Free parking in the back, Only complaint was that the Iternet did not work, or at least I could not get it to work.

After fighting through the Palermo traffic arriving at the hotel is like pulling into an oasis. We had a warm welcome at reception and the public areas are clean and attractive.
