Enjoyed our stay in this Hotel and found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Room with sea view was very nice and beds comfortable.

Stayed from 6th to 13th May, booked through Thompsons. Not been to Italy before, first time to Sicily. We had room 804 which has a sea view with balcony - such a lovely view of the very pretty bay. The staff were helpful and friendly, beds changed daily and towels if required. The light over the mirror in our bathroom... More

In October this year I went to Sicily for the first time and stayed in the Villa Bianca, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, they did everything to make sure we had a great stay. Even when we had a few powercuts they were very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy and the only problems we encountered were... More

we were in room 904 great veiws, the rooms are small but clean. There,s a mini bus to the lido for 6 euros this is good value. The staff are pleasent and helpful. The main let down is the food which at best is very average and at worst very poor.We had good meals at the lido and in tormina and if we went... For the price paid for this hotel , I was satisfied with most aspects . We went one week before the end of the season and places were beginning to wind down. I prefered that. I would say it was a typical 3* Italian hotel. The rooms were very clean , there was abundant hot water and the staff were... More

Stayed for a week in early September. Was given a back room in the main building it didn't have a sea view but was lovely and quiet with a balcony overlooking the back garden, palm trees and vines. Room was a large, Good airco, and satelite TV - only CNN in English unfortunately. Bathroom spacious with a great power shower... More

Our first time in Sicily but not in Italy. We managed to get a very good deal with Thomsons with the half board option thrown in for a penny a night each!! The hotel is in several blocks and we were lucky enough to get the building on the main road , despite road noise the views from the balcony... More

We stayed 2 nights. The room was ugly, but the worst part was that it wasn't clean. Under the bed we found sand, and dirt. The bathroom has hairs from prevoius guests. The shower was awful. The door got stuck every time you tried to open it. Breakfast consisted on canned fruit salad and bad bread. Location was the best... More

We chose this hotel due to the good reviews and the fact that it was HB (as the Euro-GBP was dreadful) it was under £400 each for a weeks package holiday with Thomas Cook. On arriving we were pleased with the location, right next to the Funicular/Cable Car up to Taormina centre (3.50 euros return), and the view from our... More

I've stayed in this hotel from 3-17 August 2008. We are young couple 30 years old without children. I was really surprised wit hthe hotel, cause I thought it would be more ascetic with a poor service as for 3* hotel, cause I've already had the experience with 3* stra Italy hotel. So all people from the stuff were very... More
