I chose this hotel because the price and location.
Despite the lady in charge was very friendly and helpful, one of my friends had a terrible problem in all her body because of lice and bedbugs bites. She had to go to a doctor and actually the bites remained for quite a few weeks!

we spent there 2 nights and i was satisfied. yes, it could be better, but that woman in hostel was very nice and i think location is perfect... very close to historical center (duomo etc...)
When I initially booked this place to stay I was very happy to find such a low rate. Upon arrival, however, I wished that I had booked elsewhere. First of all, for a tourist in Florence I don't think the location is great. It is at the northern extremity of the main sites (not horrible, but you can do better)....
