My wife and I were celebrating part of our 25th Anniversary in Florence and a friend recommended this location. The room was large and accommodating for our week long stay; it was very comfortable after our daily excursions. Clara was VERY helpful recommending eateries, sites, memberships, travel tips, shopping, etc. She even made reservations for us!

Clara is the friendliest host and it was our favorite place that we stayed in all of Italy! The apartment was so comfortable and we loved being away from the crowds. It was easy to get to and from the train station by bus. Boboli Gardens nearby are not to be missed.

We stayed 3 months throughout the fall of 2010 at Poggio Imperiale in the Ghega apartment. It is even nicer inside than the photos show because the ceilings are taller than expected.
