Charming, clean, not expensive and close to the train/bus station. Staff gentile, kind and helpful, but they are not there full time (hotel's conditions). Free wifi. Breakfast was not included. Close to the touristics points. Better than a hostel. I would certainly come back.

The hotel was about 10 minutes walk away from the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore. Guy at the reception was very helpful. He advised us about a really good restaurant. Hotel are pretty nice. I really like it

Great Location to all amenities and centre of city. Also within walking distance to most sights and minutes away from the market. Room was large and clean and tidy, we shared a bathroom (which is common in Italy). I was clean and well serviced, you were not aware that it was shared by others. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

I really like two key aspects of this guest house: very close to key locations as the gallery (where the David is founnd) and the Santa Maria Novella train station. Staff was always friendly and the place recently renovated.
