This place was close to everything. The bed was the most comfortable of all. The rooms were modern, sleek, tasteful and clean. The air conditioning worked well too. The location was fantasic, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 5-10 minutes walk to all major tourist attractions such as the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, Uffuzi Gallery and Galleria dell'Accademia. I was staying in this hotel for two weeks and liked very much, staff and management are friendly and efficient! I will be definetely back. Special thanks for Mr. Francesco Fantini, who is always satisfy my needs and provide special care!!!!

Beware, don't host this guest, he ask for more he booked! This is a clear case of how the forum of TripAdvisor can be used in a non appropriate way. This guest did book at the Locanda Gallo through Venere, but he did not book the room with kitchen corner but a double room. We had to move this reservation... More

Overall, a fantastic stay. Great residential neighborhood, with an easy walk into the city center, without the prices of the city center. We'll be planning on staing here again!
