After that, the rest of the staff, restaurant, bell man, maids, make you feel welcome and offer the service you expect from a top hotel. Great location too. Easy walk to most major attractions. Well located in "centro" next to Louis Vuitton.We were upgraded to a 5th floor suite via our american express platinum membership,received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco,fresh fruit and $100 credit for food.The staff is professional and friendly. I got a great rate for our stay, as a result the room we got was a bit small.......but still very very nice. This is a wonderful "old world" style hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing, nothing is a problem and their recommendations from restaurants to general tourist activities are spot on.
