Service was excellent. Museum reservations were outstanding. Room was much nicer, bigger, cleaner than the first hotal we stayed in Florence. Lucky for us the other hotel only had one night available. No drunk tour group here like is so often the case in Venice and other cities I have stayed in Italy. Will recommend to all my friends.

The attentiveness of the staff was evident form the doorman who opened the cab door for us. The room and bathroom were outstanding. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. The lobster pasta had so much lobster I alomost couldn't eat the main course.

Helpful, quietly attentive staff, well appointed and decorated room with a balcony and a small but relaxing garden - apart from having the peace disturbed by the pigeons. It was impossible to have a drink or eat outside because of them, a real negative.
