Perfect location, beautiful accommodations and art. Great breakfast spread. Staff all very helpful. Our room was facing the river and with a view of Palazo Vecchio. Could not have asked for more.

The hotel is very well located and rooms are nicely decorated. But rooms with "street" view are terrible are they are extremely noisy (there is permanent traffic at night in the street and Italians are not particularly discreet as you would expect) ; windows are old and not "sound proof".
