The location is very convenient for all the key sightseeing sites. We had room 503 which had a good view of the river(two large windows) and was very spacious. No tea/coffee making facilities. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was very clean, friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the decorated capucchinos were lovely. Service at breakfast was a little offhand and brusque, but it can't be easy serving some of the 'clients' I saw while there. Had an amazing three night stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the front desk. We were shown to our room by a very helpful gentleman whilst our luggage arrived in our room a couple of minutes after us. Perfectly central...Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can book tickets to regular opera in local churches . My room had a small balcony ( room 105) overlooking the river and the bridges...wonderful. Lovely little roof garden on the 4th floor.
