This fabulous little place is in a perfect location, only 5 minutes from the train station and Duomo. It's small but clean and wonderfully cozy. Our room was bright and inviting and the hostess, Mandy, is a really lovely lady. She was very helpful with the locations of places and very nice to us. We had a splendid night's rest... More

We stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon, and it was easily our favorite place we stayed in Italy. The room was fantastic and the location can't be beat - only steps to Piazza del Duomo. We fell asleep and woke each morning to the ringing of the bells. Best alarm clock ever. Mandy and Giulio were excellent, warmhearted... More

There couldn't be a more convenient location than this one for seeing the sights of Florence. Our room was small but very comfortable and we were able to sleep without any disturbances from outside street noise. The breakfast part was packaged items left in the room along with coffee and tea. If you want a more substantial morning meal there... More

Great place. The owners (Mandy & Guilio) are super sweet & helpful. They speak English well. Rooms have high ceilings --- giving them a really big feel. And best of all: Location. You can walk to everything in Florence. The Duomo is literally within 5 min. walk: Duomo Piazza is half a block away. Walk to Ufizzi or Academia (where... More

In the heart of Florence is a lovely Bed & Breakfast run by a fabulous husband and wife team - Giulio and Mandy. They were both incredibly helpful and hospitable. When we arrived, Giulio even pulled out a map and marked numerous sites that we should not miss! They had numerous restaurant recommendations and guided us with helpful advice about... More

This accommodation is in a fantastic location whilst also being a fabulous place to stay. It was lovely to be able to speak English with Mandy the manager. She was extremely helpful when showing us where the lovely places to visit are on a map. Also recommended some good restaurants & sorted out an excursion for us to beautiful Tuscany!... More

We stayed in B&B Bel Duomo for 3 nights in April 2013. Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room... More

We stayed at B&B Bel Duomo in April as a family, just as the weather started to feel spring-like. Mandy was very helpful upfront, offering to book tickets to museums, and again got back to me quickly when I asked for her advice on specific museums. I liked the fact that we got very detailed directions to the B&B a... More
