Good location and great staff - can't fault them. Our room had been newly refurbished but the bathroom was not, so wasn't at the same standard. We were there in February, the hotel is being refurbished and it's looking great. It's very centric to the main attractions of Florence and just a 7-10 minutes walk to Il Duomo. The customer service is really good and Valentina at the reception was extremely helpful. A hotel we would definitely recommend to friends and family.
