It's my second time staying here. Decided to do here again as it's strategically located opposite SMN train station - convenient for travelers especially if you are going around Italy by train. It is also a beautiful modern hotel. The staff were helpful though I felt they were uptight at times. My stay was 4 nights starting in end April...

Stayed here just a week back with my wife and 5 yr old kid. Excellent location - right across the SMN train station. Very helpful staff, courteous and extremely friendly. Rooms very spacious and well kept. Nice breakfast. Overall very good experience. Highly reommended and total value for money
Stayed here for 3-nights on business. This was a good hotel - very good location opposite the central train station; the Hotel's on a busy road & my room overlooked the Bus Station so not much of a view but very quiet in the room. Breakfast was okay but mass produced (eg. no decent coffee). Staff were not very helpful...

Stayed at this hotel the night of Monday 07/05 and wasn't impressed. This is a quite expensive hotel (around 300 euro per night) and the room was very small with view directly to the train station (not nice). Staff is quite young and were nice but did not give this feeling of professionalism that other hotels have, they looked rather...

Florence was our first stop after a long haul flight and we were so thankful to find the hotel just outside the train station. We found the place to be fashionably decorated. Love the balcony that overlooked Piazza Novella area. Best of all was the reception staff. She gave us dinner tips and marked things down on a map for...

We just spent three nights in this hotel as part of a tour. The location is near the train station but it is a short walk (15-20 minutes) to most sites.
The Hotel has a very small lobby and it is a challenge to get off a bus, retrieve luggage and get into the hotel. The bus parks on the...

We atayed here in the Fall of 2010 and had a great experience. So naturally we made reservations for the Fall of 2011. We had a not so great experience this time. Our room card would not work; even after it was changed several times. every time we came back to the room we had to call the front desk...
