OK, so there are definite advantages and disadvantages to this hotel. On the plus side, it has a good location being close to the railway station and only 10mins easy walking to the Duomo etc. Handy tip to find the hotel when emerging from the station is to look for the road that has BATA on one corner and McDonalds... The Hotel is ideally situated for all of central Florence, a little dated perhaps and dark, but very clean and comfortable. It can be noisy if you have a room on the street as there is a busy road on one side and a daily market on one of the other sides. A rear room is favoured. Only B&B terms... More

It's very useful because near center of city, but the structure it's very old, was uncared. The next time I'll select another hotel. The bathroom and bed were not confortable. The breakfast was not rich and at level of great culture of italian food.
