It's a little difficult to find, but it's a great place to stay. Sara our receptionist and first contact wiht the hotel was a great help. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftopis amazing. I would definately recommend this hotel to everyone. It's close to the center of town.

We were really lucky to choose this hotel. The location is very good because you are like 3 min from Ponte Vecchio. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. This was a great hotel with amazing staff. The only negative was the wireless didn't work in our room and we had to go out onto the public patio for it to work.
