Very centrally located. Very close to the Railway station and the historic city. All the main historical sights are within walking distance. The pick up point for the city tour and other day trips is very close. The room was clean but not very spacious. The corridor leading to the room was very narrow and dark. We stayed for five nights and found our room comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Walking distance to the train station and close to all that Florence has to offer........ sights, good eating places. Basic but good value.

We recently stayed here on our tour through Italy. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Elevator moves at the speed of a turtle, and is very small. Room was not very clean, every night all we heard was the outside fans, air conditioners and flushing of toilets, our room with a view was of the sever pipes and airconditioners out our main window

This hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the train and bus station and near to all the attractions in Florence. Although it was close to all amenities it was very quiet at night.
