Our stay in Florence lasted 3 days, the hotel owners were extremely friendly and accommodating and helped us find our way around the city. They went above and beyond their call of duty and made our stay memorable. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the breakfast was good. Definitely would recommend this place. Very close to a tram station.
A few days ago we were in a big trip to Italy and this is one of the good hotels that we stayed. Don't get me wrong it isn't the 5-star, luxurious, downtown kind of type hotel. In fact it is situated in an italian neighbourhood 10 min (w the bus) from the historical centre of Florence.
