We stayed here for 2 nights.A nice big room.The breakfast was okay,no eggs and no meat.A.C. was a problem very minimum cooling.Our room had a very nice garden view,beautiful landscaping.The reception guys were not friendly.

This is just a very bad hotel. Period. This is just not a "glass half full/empty" situation the glass is empty (and dirty). In addition, it's in an area that has so many other choices that booking this place makes no sense at all; it will ruin your stay in Florence. Stay away.
