The place is good, perfect location, rooms were very clean and breakfast was quite good. The environment was like being in a family and Justino made as feel great, trying to give us advice on what not to miss from Florence and also helping us on everything we needed.

Yes it is well located. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good and it was calm. I don't give 5 stars for only two reasons: I asked twice for hot water (it was already 7PM and a rainy day) and Wifi should be free and not charged 2 euros. Otherwise, it's great
