Nice hotel in perfect location in florence. The staff were all delightful and so warm and welcoming. My room was quiet and perfect for what i needed. I look forward to returning one day. The hotel was recommended to me by a collegue and i will happily pass the reccomendation along to others.

The receptionist ( night shift ) was lazy and didn't even bother to show us where is our room , which by the way was a quiz to find and took us 10 minutes! And of course don't even think about that it's 4 star hotel,2 stars maximum!

We wouldn't recommend this hotel!!! It is not 4 stars hotel as they say! For such a price it is possible to find much better hotels in the city centre. Our room was not clean, bad isolated and terribly stinking!!! It was also stinking in the corridors. Furniture is old and unpleasant! Really very disappointed to have chosen this hotel....
