We stayed end of March 2012; three nights. All three nights there were people screaming and singing until 2 or 3 in the morning. Breakfast just ok, staff rude. There have to be better places.

Great location in Florence, 3 mins walk from Duomo and Accademia. Rooms average but clean and warm.Some noise from next rooms . Breakfast very good, fresh fruit, pastries,juices, cereals , toast and cold cuts every day. I stayed in this hotel off season for them. It was early February and it was cold. The room was cozy and large and I was steps away from del Duomo and the David. Everything like the Uffivi, and the shopping, restaurants and lovely cafes were all around. I will be back for sure!

This is an excellent hotel for the location and for the quality of the rooms: everything is within walking distance. Five minutes from the Duomo! While this hotel is a bit old-fashioned, its location just a few blocks from the Duomo makes it a great, affordable place for a few days' stay. The rooms are a bit small, but mine even had a large soaking tub that I took advantage of after almost two weeks of non-stop walking throughout Europe.

This is a great place to stay! The room and bathroom were very large and beds were comfortable. The staff was a little standoffish but that was OK. We sure loved the room over looking the piazza with the statue of Ferdinand,loved it.The location is a bit far from the train termini,but we had a good excercise by carrying the luggage by foot in those cobblerstone streets.Nice breakfast in the morning,clean room and bathroom.The king bed was kind of hard and saging on one side.Would do it again......
